would you believe that this adorable little dress is from Target? i know, how cute. i love Target and what's great about them is that they have high fashion designers doing affordable lines for the Target customers. this beautiful little dress is by RODARTE's new Target line. i just love the high quality look. very pretty little dress. the bows on the shoulders and the lace and tulle really makes it dreamy. adults can fit the dress, it is not for small children. this teenager just has an amazing eye for fashion. but usually when a girl loves fashion it comes out strong around pre teens. she's really working it. she made it age appropriate for her, that i can appreciate.
