I saw a girl wearing white, tight jeans and a black lace top, and she had blond (almost white) short hair and dark, smoky eyes. I really liked her look so I've made my own version of the outfit. It's all about contrasts between the soft, black top and the "sharper" jeans and shoes. And to add a little colour, it would be great to apply blue or purple nail polish and maybe add some colourful bracelets and rings.
