I just bought some glamorous pumps for only £2.95. Where? In the charity shop of course. I haven't bought anything that isn't second-hand for a while but I don't really like going to big shopping centres anyway. By shopping in second-hand shops I find things that not everybody else have, I save a lot of money, and the quality is often better than in chainstores. There is also an environmental aspect to it; production of new clothes and shoes contributes to pollution and an increase in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere so it's much better to reuse things that are already made than to buy new stuff.
