Mine syerfaringer begrenser seg til å sy inn eller reparere klær, lage et par enkle skjørt og en juleballkjole i 10. klasse (som ikke var så enkel). Jeg er så utolmodig at jeg bare setter i gang, legger stoffet utover gulvet og klipper i vei etter mine egne tegninger, og har aldri sydd etter et mønster. Hvis jeg skal gjøre det en gang, skal jeg lage en lignende 50-tallskjole som på dette mønsteret.
